Our strategy, at ROD Offices, is opportunistic and focuses on providing flexible full capital solutions to fund office space projects and related investing companies. ROD Offices division works closely with the ROD PE experts to focus on assisting private clients looking to invest in office properties. ROD Offices along with the ROD PE team works across fund types, including REITs, buyout funds, debt, infrastructure, real estate, and hedge funds, developing the right investment strategies for our clients. The strategy we aim to build is to acquire and develop office projects – like traditional office spaces, warehouses, and office buildings, operate and improve them; and then sell them to generate a multi-fold return on investment.
The goal is to help our clients see the bigger picture in the sense that we work to produce a repeatable model that supports frequent and larger deals.
Acquisitions & Asset Management
ROD Offices division possesses expertise in, both, Acquisitions and Asset Management for Private Equity clients. The Acquisitions team pursues deals related to retail offices, negotiates them for the clients, sets up the financing for the transactions, and provides well diagnostics through an advisory to uncover the potential of office investments. The Asset Management team executes the business plan on behalf of the clients before the office asset is acquired. Together, the ROD Offices teams aim to improve the retail and high-rise office properties’ operations and financial performance for our Private Equity clients.

ROD Offices division offers an institutional approach for Private Equity clients with investment opportunities and advice towards retail investment for venues like high-street shopping centers or modest warehouses with considerable potential. We have more than 15 years of experience in the confluence of offices related to real estate and private equity investment. We adopt a bespoke approach to serve each of our Private Equity clients through our multilingual and cross-expertise team. We work closely with our Private Equity clients in the choice of targets and support them throughout the entire holding period of their investment.
